Strategic Plan of Statistics Kupang Municipality 2020-2024

The drafting of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Strategic Plan is guided by Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System and following up on Act Number 17 of 2007 concerning the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) 2005-2025 and Presidential Regulation Number 18 Year 2020 about the RPJMN 2020-2024.

In accordance with the directives of the RPJPN 2005-2025, the medium-term development target of 2020-2024 is to realize an independent, advanced, just and prosperous Indonesian society through accelerated development in various fields by emphasizing the building of a solid economic structure based on competitive advantage in various regions supported by HR quality and competitiveness. Whereas the vision of development in RPJPN 2005-2025 is an independent, developed, just, and prosperous Indonesia which is marked by the realization of an Indonesian nation that has high competitiveness.

The contents of the BPS Strategic Plan compiled include the vision, mission, goals, strategies, policies, programs and activities of BPS and are adjusted to the tasks and functions of BPS in providing quality statistical data and information. The substance of the 2020-2024 BPS Strategic Plan must be adjusted to the 2020-2024 RPJMN, including the main target of the 2020-2024 RPJMN integrated into the BPS Strategic Plan target. Therefore, the development targets and targets in the BPS Strategic Plan have considered the results of the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan evaluation
