Results Analysis of Data Needs Survey Kupang City 2021

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in SKD 2021 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services. In general, the objective of implementing SKD 2021 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of SKD 2021 are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis for the 2021 SKD results is the PST BPS Kupang City.
