Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey organized by the BPS-Statistics Indonesia to identify the statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The SKD has been conducted since 2005. The respondents in the 2024 SKD are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistical Service Unit (PST) BPS, either through face-to-face interactions or by directly visiting the PST BPS unit, as well as those who engage without face-to-face interaction via phone, fax, email, mail, website, or online statistical services. In general, the purpose of conducting the 2024 SKD is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support the improvement of the quality of statistical data and information. The results of the 2024 SKD will be presented in a publication containing an analysis of consumer characteristics, data needs, data quality satisfaction, and service unit performance. This analysis will be accompanied by the presentation of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of the analysis of the 2024 SKD results is focused on the PST BPS in Kupang City.
